Slow Cooked, Fire Grilled Ham

Fire grilled, slow cooked prime joints of Denny ham, inspired by authentic cooking methods of the American Deep South Pitmasters. 

Slow cooked, fire grilled ham slices, smoked over oak wood chips, flavoured with charred notes.

Cooked low and slow for more than eight hours, glazed then flame grilled for extra Hell Yeah. But it’s smoking it over oak wood chips at 175° that gives it that distinctive full on flavour.

Try with grilled cheese and mustard for an authentic taste of America.

Fire Grilled, Ham Shavings

Thin shavings of slow cooked, fire grilled ham, smoked over oak wood chips.

Cooked low and slow for more than eight hours, glazed then flame grilled for extra Hell Yeah. Then it’s smoked over oak wood chips at 175° for a full on flavour and thinly shaved for that just-off-the grill experience.

Load it with swiss cheese and pickles, for a punch-packing sambo.

Cooked low and slow for more than eight hours, glazed with a sweet maple flavour, then caramelised and flame grilled for extra Hell Yeah. Finally it’s smoked at 175° over oak wood chips. Also available at the deli counter.

Serve it simply with a sweet chutney and on-the-vine cherry tomatoes.

Burbon Smoked, Fire Grilled Ham

Thick rustic slices of slow cooked, fire grilled ham, basted with a bourbon glaze and smoked over bourbon soaked oak wood chips.

Cooked low and slow for more than eight hours, it’s basted with a sticky bourbon glaze, caramelised and flame grilled for extra Hell Yeah. Then it’s smoked at 175° over bourbon oak wood chips for a full on Deep Southern flavour.

Add apple ‘slaw and deli mustard for a bold, rustic sambo.
