Two types of fire grilled, slow cooked prime chicken breast. Based on an authentic cooking process all the way from the American Deep South.

Slow cooked, fire grilled chicken breast slices, smoked over oak wood chips, and flavoured with a BBQ glaze.

Cooked low and slow, basted with a sticky BBQ glaze then grilled for extra Hell Yeah.

Then oak wood chips are placed in a smoker drawer and the oven turned up to 175° where the meat smokes for a full on flavour.

For the ultimate chicken sambo, just add goat’s cheese, peppers and and juicy tomatoes.
